    i’ve watched many play this song and i think this is the first time ive ever seen or heard it done right. No wonder it never sounded right before. Even some of the guitar tab books i’ve paid good money for did’nt have it right. Can’t wait to get statrted. Thanks again for all the time and hard work you put into this site.

    so i’m still confused with the rake.. on the upstroke do you hit every string or just the first three

    On the upstroke you’re mainly catching the top 2 or 3 strings, but the time between the upstroke and the following downstroke is so short that you won’t notice a huge difference if you hit more than that. The most important part is that the downstroke be swift and crisp, only allowing the desired note to ring out despite the fact that you’re raking all the strings on the downstroke.
