After seeing how you have everything laid out, I can tell that you think exactly like I do when it comes to breaking things down. I come from a mathematical/science background and I love the presentation....After finding your site, I think you may have salvaged a despairing guitar player. I recently bought your Complete Essential Fretboard series and I have to say, I'm blown away.  The content is fantastic and the means in which you deliver your material is well presented and logical way beyond anything I have found to date.  In 5 minutes, my playing exploded because your engineering background and logic makes tremendous sense to me in the way you present the material.

Essential Theory.... Simply Brilliant

I just want to say that the Essential Theory lessons are simply brilliant. I'm a late comer to the guitar (now in my 50s) and I've been struggling for a year to two to get to grips with it - particularly trying to understand theory. I have downloaded other videos from your courses but this is one of the best (though they're all good, of course). Your approach is simple, clear and very easy to follow. I feel the door has finally been opened - thank you. The course is one of the best things I have spent money on since starting to learn. I would recommend it to anyone and add that in many ways it  does more than show basic theory - it opens up the whole  thing of understanding the structure of songs - the blues especially of course - and lets you see patterns that I simply hadn't recognised before. It may be pretty basic stuff for a lot of advanced musicians but for me it was a revelation.

They're Just Perfect...

I'm really enjoying the Simple 12-Bar Rhythm lessons. They're just perfect. The subject matter provides that needed foundation for any blues player; and as usual, the teaching style and production quality are top notch. It's like having my own personal, endlessly patient instructor right in my home! This is material that I return to over and over, working through a bit each time, and then integrating it into my other playing. I especially like the consistent approach to the fretboard, and the different ways to find the I, IV, V, ways to modify when too much of a stretch on the lower frets, etc. 

I'm biased, because at this point I'll probably buy anything you produce. But it's only because you continue to live up to your own very high standards. From the web site design, to the prompt, courteous customer service, to the excellent free and premium material, it's obvious that you continually view your offerings through the eyes of your customers and students.

Changed My Whole Perspective On The Guitar

I purchased your 5 Boxes Essential Licks & Blues Boxes DVDs recently.  I would consider myself an intermediate guitar player and a beginner in blues.  I intitially bought some other material from other sources, but nothing compares to the way you explained everything and simplified it.  After starting to watch your DVDs, I quickly put all those other materials away and solely concentrated on yours. Your system and course is fantastic!  I watched your DVD's over twice and practiced every lick.  

Literally, minutes ago, I just finished playing your 60-bar Slow Blues Trainer by memory, no less!  It sounded awesome
